@elianaj sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Have you selected the VEB currency option in your plugin settings? I’ll run this by the team and find out what to do from here. 🙂
@elianaj do you mind turning on your DEBUG logs – and then show me the next order log please? Also you can just re-save an existing order to see this as well to save time. Running this by the team.
I have the plugins with the bolivar venezuela currency.
The problem lies in woocommerce and mailchimp. Why?
1) Woocommerce has not released an update for that VEF currency exchange (Bs.F) becomes VES (Bs.S). For that reason I had to apply a filter to the function of the subject leaving it in sovereign Bolivar. Bs.S
2) Mailchimp I suppose that I have not updated the currency and therefore the error that it is giving me for that filter that I have put.
3) Proceed to make the change in the filter only of the code leave it in VEF but that shows me the symbol of the balance invoiced in Bs.S with this by the time I have managed to load the orders.
If there was another way to solve the problem, I would appreciate it
@elianaj You should be good to go know on the VES currency code submissions for the orders. Let us know if you see anything else pop up – but that code has been deployed recently and your new orders / order updates should be working as expected.
When v2.1.11 release of the plugin comes out that will be there for you as well, but it shouldn’t have any impact on the order submissions that you need to get over to Mailchimp now.
