I am sorry about that.

Can you please provide me with a link to your forums so I take a look? you can privately do it through the form: samelh.com/contact

Also while you do that, the URL structure would be example.com/forums/users/totemwokers/ so make sure to go to Settings > Forums to save ‘users’ slug, and to Settings > Permalinks and save to flush the rewrite rules.
