Error page after installing new theme

I recently moved my blog over to network solutions. I had used the Coraline theme for a long time here at wordpress and liked it. I could not figure out how to use it on the network solutions hosted blog, so got some tech help with ftp and was able to upload the theme, however, now I just get an error page when my blog is accessed. Can’t get to my dashboard either. Called NS tech support and they said it was beyond their realm of help. I tried to rename the theme, which didn’t work. Is there another option that will get me back on my dashboard? Also, how do I know what themes will work? I really want a theme with an easily changeable header pic.
