"Error parsing script headers" for requests on /feed/ URL

    Hi,
    I have several sites on a server with apache + php-fpm + nginx (serverpilot setup).
    If some RSS feed bot is trying to access the feed URL they get a 304 status and on the same time there is a apache error like:

    [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 28927:tid 140414057166592] [client 63.238.47.2:48916] AH01070: Error parsing script headers

    This happens in PHP (304 is disabled) and mod_rewrite mode. If I access the feed in my browser I get a regular 200 status. Anyone else with this problem?
