    Hello,

    one customer couldn’t complete the order because he received “Braintree (Credit Card) Payment Failed (Status code 2099: Authentication Required (1A) Transaction ID mhsypzxc) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.” She usually use her credit card and doesn’t have this issue so we think that could be a Braintree problem.

    Everything is settled correctly in the Brain tree dashboard ()

    Hi @auroratranti,

    Was this customer using a saved payment method? It sounds like Braintree was requiring 3DS authentication for this payment but you don’t have 3DS for saved cards enabled.

    Hello, thank you for your reply, I don’t think so because is her the first order in our e-shop… In case that the problem is for only saved cards, could you indicate us where we can enable secure code for saved cards?

    So we can verify if it is the problem. Thank you.

    Hi @auroratranti,

    You can enable 3DS for saved cards via the Credit Card Settings page of the Braintree plugin. If you scroll down toward the bottom you will see the option.
