ERROR: PclZip archive add error

    Hi, when I run the jobs, always get this error:

    [01-Jul-2021 02:43:03] ERROR: PclZip archive add error: PCLZIP_ERR_READ_OPEN_FAIL (-2) : Zip file ‘/home/public_html/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-51f648-backups/2021-07-01_02-42-05_QRI7MSD601.zip’ already open
    [01-Jul-2021 02:43:04] ERROR: Exception caught in ValueError: fread(): Argument #2 ($length) must be greater than 0

    What can I do to solve this issue?

    Hello @hpek
    the issue caused by a permission issue on your server, please make sure your temp folder has writeable, also, since PclZip is used only when your server has a missing PHP-Zip extension, please contact your hoster and tell them to enable PHP-Zip extension module.
    For now, I would recommend you to use another backup archive like Tar instead ^^
