Error persist for weeks

    Hello,

    We usually get around 10 orders per day before, but we did not get any order since last upgrade.

    1# We noted errors persist for week on Paypal developer account.

    and some customer report us that they cannot payout but there is even no failed order record on our woocommerce order list.

    We would like to check several points:

    1.We tried disconnect, and then re-onboarding, Resubscribe webhooks, Webhook simulation, The webhook was received successfully.

    But, it seems only related to the Sandbox but related to Live mode, and here is part of on Woocommerce -status-log, is that expected log?

    2# On Paypal developer account, the switch is on right,

    is that right?

    3# We are chinese seller, so our Paypal account is from Paypal China. We only use Standard Payments and Standard Card Button.

    Two points here:

    (1)On our Paypal business account, Account Settings—Payment preferences—Block payments, it show like the following screenshot, is that right setting?

    Unfortunately there is not much I can tell you to help you with these issues.

    • The error “INSTRUMENT_DECLINED” error is not an issue that occurs on the plugin, but rather on the bank or PayPal server after reviewing the payment request. For this you should get in contact with PayPal Merchant Technical Support and ask them to investigate these occurrences.
    • The settings of the PayPal pages are also not managed by us and any question you have regarding them, should be sent to PayPal Merchant Support. They can help you out with these topics.

    There is not much I can tell you about the failure or the page settings of the PayPal website. Please take the advised actions and open a new thread if you run into anything you believe should be our responsibility.
