    Hello!

    Sorry for my belated reply.

    It seems that the server’s file-(operation-)cache hasn’t caught up with the update/installation yet, that the transaction of the plugin’s ZIP-file wasn’t successful, or (most unlikely) that a small sector on the drive of the website got corrupted.

    Please reinstall the plugin if the error keeps occurring during plugin-activation.
