Error: PHP Notice: has_cap was called with….

    After I activate the WP Statistics plugin I get the following warning from wordpress (WP 5.0.3 -de_DE):
    PHP Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0 ! Usage of user levels is deprecated. Use capabilities instead. in /…/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4115.

    Any idea how to fix it? I have deactivate all other plugins and I got the same message.
