Hi, I recently made some database changes and had to reinstall hustle.

When I add a Mailchimp API it says “Please enter a valid Mailchimp API key” but I have generated a new one and am correctly entering it.

Under ‘Integrations’ there is a mailchimp app that I can’t delete… or even successfully update the API – I have a feeling this is why it is not working.

    Please help!

  • Hi @directorslibrary,

I’m not sure which changes you have made in the DB but this is most likely what is causing the issue with Hustle getting the correct data.

You can go to your Pop-ups, Slide-ins, etc. pages and export what you have from there.
Then navigate to Hustle > Settings > Data panel and reset the plugin settings.
You now import back any Pop-ups or Slide-ins that you exported and see if the integrations are working again.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hey!

It’s really weird, it’s still not working.

I’ve tried deleting all Hustle data and reinstalling too.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @directorslibrary

    I trust you’re doing well!

Something must blocking the API call that made from your site to the Mailchimp. Please run a test for a conflict.

Before running this test, please have a full backup of your site, so if something will go wrong you can always restore it.

Deactivate all plugins, leave only Hustle active and try to connect to MailChimp Api.

If all is well, then a plugin on your site is interfering. Disconnected the integration again to fin teh plugin that is causing this. Start activating one plugin at a time and repeat the integration with MaislChimpo till the error will be back.

Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
