    Hi,
Great plugin! Everything was working perfectly, until after the last update, we’re receiving this error message for all sliders:

“Please enter a valid slider ID.”

We’re copying the shortcode exactly as it is from Cinza Slider backend and add it to the page with a Gutenberg shortcode block, and instead of the slider, the error message is shown on the frontend.

    Can you help? Thank you!

    Best,
    Tina

    Hi Tina,

Sorry for the inconvenience and I am glad to help!

I released a few updates recently, do you happen to know which version you updated from? I’ll troubleshoot and let you know about a solution asap.

    Hi,

I’m getting the same error with version 1.05 on WordPress 6.0.
The error in the console is:

Uncaught TypeError: a(…).draggable is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (cslider-frontend.min.js?ver=1.0.0:1:129)
    at e (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:30038)
    at t (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:30340)

It’s visible on the homepage at https://groenmaatje.nl

I already tried disabling most of my plugins and disabled the drag function in the settings of cinza slider. No effect 🙁

Any ideas how to solve this?

    Hello Tina and Rémon,

I just released a new version that fixes the draggable console error.

Can you please update to version 1.0.6 and let me know if it’s working for you?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your guick response!

The draggable error is fixed. Only still getting the “Please enter a valid slider ID” message. Console:

        at (index):75:3
        at (index):77:4
groenmaatje.nl/:81 Uncaught ReferenceError: moment is not defined
        at groenmaatje.nl/:81:1139
(index):85 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setSettings')

    Hey Rémon,

Would you be able to give me access to a staging environment so I can troubleshoot it for you? I am not able to replicate that issue on my side unfortunately.

You can email me at [email protected].

    Sorry for the trouble!
