Hi. My website crashes regularly, and according to the error logs it is because every couple of minutes it is encountering these 3 errors with Beaver Builder:

→ A module with the filename class-themeisle-content-forms-beaver-contact.php already exists! Please namespace your module filenames to ensure compatibility with Beaver Builder.
→ A module with the filename class-themeisle-content-forms-beaver-newsletter.php already exists! Please namespace your module filenames to ensure compatibility with Beaver Builder.
→ A module with the filename class-themeisle-content-forms-beaver-registration.php already exists! Please namespace your module filenames to ensure compatibility with Beaver Builder.

Could someone please tell me where I would find my “module filenames” and how I can “namespace” them?

    Thanks so much in advance,
    Daisy

    Hey @daisybook,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

That’s most likely coming from a 3rd party plugin or theme the site is using as we don’t have a file with those filenames on our core builder.

Do you have any plugins or is the theme you’re using from ThemeIsle? If so, can you try disabling those plugins and see if it helps? 🙂

Thanks so much for helping out! I have tried disabling other plugins but it didn’t seem to fix the problem. I am using the Hestia theme from ThemeIsle. So do you think I need to get in touch with ThemeIsle to figure out where these files are then?

    Hey @daisybook,

I’d suggest getting in touch with their support as the errors you’ve mentioned are coming from their product.

Let us know how it goes! 🙂

    Ben
