• Two weeks ago, customers informed me of a problem with my shop. They had problems adding a variable product(linked) to the shopping cart.
    A Safari browser was used on an iPhone.

    But i don’t want to downgrade back to WooCommerce Payments 6.1.1.

    Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the problem on Chrome. So i couldn’t dig deeper on this problem.

    It seems this issue may already have been resolved, as it was originally reported over a year ago. I couldn’t find any recent occurrences related to it. To confirm, I tested the issue using the Safari browser on an iOS device but was unable to reproduce it. You can view the test recording here: Test Recording.

    This appears to be related to a caching issue, as it seems to only affect one of your customers. Could you ask them to try replicating the issue in a Private or Incognito window?

    Additionally, I recommend clearing your site cache or server-side cache to help eliminate this type of issue. You can refer to this guide for instructions: How to Clear Your Cache in WordPress.
