Error: Please specify a “total_packages”

    Hello,

    We are running the plugin for the first time. Creating one one shipping ticket works without a problem. However, when we try to create them in bulk, each order that should have a shipping ticket created for it gives the following error message: “Order #67170: Please specify a “total_packages” argument.” Below these error messages, there is another error message saying “There are no files to merge.” We are using the current versions (WordPress 6.3.2; DHL Shipping Germany 3.5.8 and WooCommerce 8.2.1). Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a solution in the support forum.

    Hello, @blueewok
    When creating labels in bulk, you can leave all label fields empty on each individual order. The bulk function will generate the data required. in case “total_packages” error still persists, please contact us by email to assist you further on this issue “[email protected]

    To troubleshoot this issue further, please provide us with some information
    1. how many orders were you selecting?
    2. are the orders domestic or international?
    3. did you check “Send multiple packages” on any of the orders? and if so, how many products did the order have?

    Hello, sorry I haven’t had time to respond yet. The label fields are all empty. “Multiple packages” in the order is also not selected. I mark 2 or more orders and choose “Generate DHL Labels.” When executing, this error message appears. It is always domestic orders. We do not have international orders. There is a very cumbersome workaround to bypass the problem: If I go into each individual order beforehand and generate a label and then choose the above-described method to start the bulk download, I get a PDF with all the labels. However, no new labels are generated. The PDF includes those labels that I previously generated in the orders. If it helps, I can send you screenshots by email.
