It takes time for OpenAI to create your finetuned models. Have a look here: https://meowapps.com/wordpress-chatbot-finetuned-model-ai/, especially to the section “Train a model with your dataset”.
Here are a few quotes from that article:
Click on Refresh from time to time. Wait for the status of your model to be marked as SUCCEEDED.
And this one:
Using your fine-tuned chatbot is now very easy. In the Settings of your Chatbot, you will need to select your new fine-tuned model. If it doesn’t appear, make sure that it has been successfully trained, click on the Refresh button in the Models list again, refresh the page, just in case.

I already did exactly what you mentioned but the created model did not load, I repeated the procedure and it did not appear, I sent two emails to support and they have not answered me.
I check this : https://meowapps.com/wordpress-chatbot-finetuned-model-ai/ but I already did all this procedure 3 times but it does not load the new model.
I will appreciate the support with the promised support .
I checked; indeed, I received one email from you yesterday (I don’t see another one). I was on holiday yesterday, and today I just woke up (Japan Time). I just sent you an email.
As a side note, the email you used in the form was wrong, which is why I couldn’t reply to it.

This is weird, I don’t see how this could cause a fatal error 🤨 Can you check your PHP Error Logs?
Yes, i have never had such an error before. I will check and reply… Not sure if i have logs turned on.
So far I have no PHP errors, I turned on logging.
What I do always get is the following error.
Error 406 – Not Acceptable
Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.
