Try going to Modules>>> Slug Optimizer >>> and Disabling Module.

Hope that works, we simply do not have internationalization support active in the plugin – http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Translating_WordPress which could remedy errors like this.

So, if you stay away from special (non-English) characters you should be ok for URL structures.
