That error occurs when the setting to display the URL field is enabled and the form is submitted with that field left empty. I would double-check and try again.
this happened to me too.
I enabled the option to automatically put the post inside the user’s URL, so there was no URL field in the submit post page, but the error message still happened.
How can I fix this?

Use registered URL for submitted URL? (Tickbox)Check this box if you want to automatically use the registered user’s specified URL as the submitted-post URL. Note: this really should only be used when requiring log-in for submissions.

“URL feed”? Do you mean “URL field”?
Then yes, there is a plugin setting that enables you to disable/not show the URL field, and other fields, if desired.
