error posting products from cj network

    Hi.im using woocomere platform for my store. However, I get an error when I cannot list products with read time out error code. Although I have tried many ways including setting cron time to 60s. However everything still doesn’t work. Please help, thank you.

    Hi @davisphan

    There are a few possible causes for this issue. It could be due to the server being overloaded, or it might be a network issue between your server and the CJ network.

    I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to check for any issues on their end. You could also try increasing the server’s PHP memory limit to 1200 or checking for any plugins causing a conflict.

    If this does not make a difference, I suggest you contact the plugin you are using to connect CJ with WooCommerce.

    I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get some further insight/information.
