Error Preventing Select All in Plugins

I notice that when I used the select all to select plugins that need to be update it does not select any. looking at my console I see this message.

When I deactivate Ninja Tables the select all feature works. I had two site with the same issue. The one site I just reload the plugin and that fixed in the other one still has the same problems.
