error : Problem with save fb feed

    Hi

    I’m triying to make this plugin work on a new website i’ve just created. I’ve configured the Facebook app id and app secret without a problem.
    But when i try to create the Feed (with the correct acces token) this message appears:

    error : Problem with save fb feed

    Can you please help me?

    same issue here.
    I’ve compared 2 facebook pages, with one it works, with an other page it doesn’t

    Hi,

    Could you please try the solution below:

    Please before saving the feed edit the plugin from Plugins / Editor, change the version of the plugin: in the line define (‘FFWD_VERSION’,”5.0.38″) please write 5.0.35. Then deactivate/activate the plugin and try to save the feed again. After saving the feed successfully, please change the version to 5.0.38.

    I have to same problem and have tried your solution. I now get
    error : Something went wrong (trying edit feed).
    when I try to save the feed.
    I’ll edit back to .38 and await your next suggestion.

    Success.
    In desperation I’ve just uninstalled WD Facebook Feed, reinstalled, set up my feed again with APP ID and secret. It now works.

    Facebook page feed is still broken. Stuck on 2 week old post.
    I followed all the instructions before (ID etc) and then reinstalled it 2 weeks ago.
    It hasn’t updated. resetting the cache doesn’t get it going.

    Does anyone have a site where it is still working?

    If so, what do you suggest I should do?

    Hi,

    We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please make sure that you have followed the steps in this tutorial, create a Facebook app, copy the App ID and App Secret, then paste them in Facebook Feed WD > Options section. After this, you can get the Page Access Token. Please check this video.
