Error processing checkout. Please try again.

HI, this error it’s very strange.
When you try to go from your cart to the paypal plus payment screen this error appears “Error processing checkout. Please try again”
This is happening only with Paypal Plus because the other payment methods are working.
Some additional data is that is happening in production and QA, and if you try from incognito its going to work perfectly, i mean, it only happens when you try to buy from the regular browser (not incognito).
Please help.
