To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the checkout process. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can help resolve any issues related to cached data.
- Check for any plugin or theme conflicts: Incompatibilities between plugins or themes can sometimes cause issues with the checkout process. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and “stripe payments for WooComerce by checkout plugins” to see if it resolves the issue. Also, switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme and check if the issue persists.
- Test with a different payment method: If you are using multiple payment methods, try checking out with a different payment method to see if the issue persists.
