    Hello Troy, I hope you are doing well!

    The Youtube video are based on HTML5 video streaming and the videos from here are based on the Shockwave Flash technology.

    The BuddyPress Activity Plus is not compatible with Shockwave Flash videos. Flash is extremely vulnerable and this technology is no longer supported by Adobe, both Mozilla and Google blocked Flash in a last year as a result of multiple security issues.
