error provided PHPMailer class: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate

    I have instale the plugins Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log, but resulting next error provided by the PHPMailer class: SMTP Could not authenticate.

    I check the username, password, port and encryption and the plugin is active, but it doesn´t run yet.
