    I keep getting this error when creating a backup. I get a popup that says:

    Response Code:
    {“readyState”:0,”status”:0,”statusText”:”error”}

    Does anyone know what the issue is?

    Hello,

    Can you provide more details? What kind of backup you try to do ? Local backup? remote storage backup?

    Have you checked your server error logs and checked if there’s something recorded when that happens?

    Have you made sure you’re using latest XCloner version?
