I managed to go over this today and tested it with multiple versions of WooCommerce, up to 9.3.2, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 8.7.0 and various themes including the Storefront theme you are using and I had no issues with any captcha method.
On your website for some reason the captcha response is not getting submitted when the order is placed. This could be some JavaScript error but I could not figure out what it is. Can you try temporarily disabling other plugins? It has to be a compatibility issue with something as otherwise I can’t explain it 🙁
Can you be more specific about which plugins could be an issue? I obviously can’t simply disable all plugins!
I’m not saying you should permanently disable all other plugins. Just temporarily to confirm that is the issue. If that fixes it, then enable them again one by one until it comes back to see which one it is. Then let me know so I can test with it and see what can be done about it.
