It sounds like you’re saying WooCommerce Payments aren’t connected to your phone anymore. Could you clarify what you mean by that? When did you first notice this issue, and were there any changes made to your site around the same time?
To help us get a clearer picture of your setup, could you please share your current System Status Report? You can find this in your WooCommerce dashboard by going to WooCommerce > Status. Once there, click on “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.”
If you spot any fatal error logs, it would be great if you could share those too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

On my phone, whenever I click orders it says error, click revenue, error. No information of sales/orders/payments show up.

To help troubleshoot this further, please try the following steps:
- Clear your browser and server cache and check if the issue still occurs.
- If it does, try switching to a default theme like Storefront and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and WooPayments.
- If the issue persists, delete the .htaccess file from your site’s root directory. Then go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click Save Changes a couple of times to regenerate it.

actually the plugin causing this problem was Jetpack, but as soon as I reactivate it the problem occurs again. since Jetpack powers some elements of woocommerce how do I get rid of this problem without getting rid of jetpack?
