Error: redirect_uri_mismatch GSuite

    Hi,

    I am having the following error message when trying to request authorization.

    
The redirect URI in the request, https://peakintegralmedia.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-mail-smtp&tab=auth, does not match the ones authorized for the OAuth client. To update the authorized redirect URIs, visit: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/credentials/oauthclient/307972698660-g2dek1f06l425ptu5o4vtfvt7hkkvl5e.apps.googleusercontent.com?project=307972698660

    The email I am trying to use has a different domain, could this be the problem?

    Could also be that the email used to login to gmail account should be the same used with the plugin?

    Hi Stemon,

    Yes, the google account you’re using should be the one sending the emails. Gmail doesn’t allow to override From Email.

    The error message indicates that you’ve not registered ‘Authorized redirect URI’ (where the response is returned to) or registered incorrectly in the APIs console. In case it helps, here’s the tutorial for more details on setting up Gmail SMTP.
