ERROR: Registration form WP Abstracts

I’m trying to add the WPAbstracts plugin in my website but I can’t succes. I checked all the “tips” in the FAQS and other messages but I’m not able to solve the problem. I succes creating the first login website adding [wpabstracts event_id=1] in a blank page. But when I click to “Create an account” the website that appears looks different to the website configured in the Users/Form Builder menu.
The page only include the first section “login information”. The secction with “Account Information” remains always empty. And the “register” button doesn’t work. I don’t know how to solve it. I’m working with the last version of WordPress, I reinstalled the plugin and I deactivate all the other plugins to discard some incompatibilites, but nothing works. I’m using Divi template.
