since torro does not support Mycred, so I tried to put short code of WP Polls(https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-polls/) into the element of [content] in torro. WP polls support Mycred well, so we can reward site users mycred points, that is why I put short code in this way.
By the way, I would like to share my ideas. I am not technical, but market experts with ten years marketing research experience! Online survey is some thing of marketing game, but no one would think he has responsibility or obligation to complete a survey for a site, ULESS he /she can benignity from suvery. Mycred is goof tools to reward user’ submit acting and it is also a great payment gateway for Woocomerce and other ecommerce!
So we are creating rules for users to earning points and spend points too. This is marketing trick, and it is also the reason why most suvery plugins support Mycred!
I found mycred support most of WordPress standard post type of any plugins. Unfortunately, torro can not play with mycred.
I know torro support a lot of purpose, but for me, I think it is great online marketing survey tool. Anyway it would be much better make an addon or extension of mycred, no matter what it is used for.
For some plugins which does not support mycred, developers always make an mycred extension or addon, here are some instance for your reference, and you may find more at https://mycred.me/store/mycred-for-totalpoll

I think I got a temporary way to solve my problem, that is I can put survey and poll into Torro pages, and then redirect to WP poll page, so that I can reward mycred points to users at last step.
This is not perfect solution rather than torro supporting mycred itself! Anyway, I can push forward work. Hope torro can support mycred next step.

By the way, some plugins integrate Google jquery and Google font, which will cause site serious delay like Totalpoll. People in Asia pacific can not use any global social media, like Google,Facebook, Twitter,yahoo. I even need use Vpn to visit ww.wp.xz.cn,torro is great in this way. Thanks again, have a nice day!

I will try your mycred problem. This should not happen. Any Kind of shortode should be executed in the content module. I will run a test now.
Also if you want to spend some money for supporting the development, feel free to send some money to [email protected]. I don’t have inserted some donation link, because I had some donation link in the plugin. There has been spent something maybe three times at all 😉
If you like the plugin it would be very great if you could vote it in the plugin directory! That would make me very happy!

I just tried it out and had no problems with MyCRED and Torro Forms. I just putted
[mycred_give amount="10" log="He answered the Form" ref="bonus_points"]
to Redirections > Textmessage in the form. I think thats the best way to implement it. I also tested it in the content element and had no problems. Please try to add the code to the Textmessage. I will check out whats happened to your form. Maybe Torro is expecting some form input. But this has nothing to do with MyCRED. I will inform you when I reproduced the bug.

I solved the Issue. Just take a look here:

The Error should not appear anymore. This was caused in the moment if there was no data to save (maybe if only a content element was added). There is an Error handling for this now.
If you you want, just download the develop version of the plugin. There are some enhancements in it right now.

themeforest stopped cred card payment for several months, and they just keep PayPal and some Bitcoin as payment. So I write to them that we can not use that in China, and they opened credit card payment again on August. Anyway, I can buy something althouth I need pay extra 6 dollar expense fee. I do not know the situation of other country, but China is quite closed in the way, I am not familiar with Bitcoin, and not sure we can use it now, we always use wechat pay, alipay and cried card here, and Wechat pay is now the most popular in China now.
