Hello folks,

Sorry to bother you, but a pop up message asked me to post the Javascript error that was generated when I accessed the customization area. So as requested, here is the error that came up:

Error:
Handling of ‘wheel’ input event was delayed for 7370 ms due to main thread being busy. Consider marking event handler as ‘passive’ to make the page more responsive

Location:
VM52829 scripts.min.js?ver3.3.4:6

Hope this helps you folks. I love what you guys have done with the theme since I last used it. Other than this, it works just fine and this doesn’t effect the working of the theme. Keep up the good work.

Hi,

Sorry, I am unable to replicate your issue.

Please use the following troubleshooting steps.

Check your software version.

1 ) Check if you are using latest Hueman and Hueman Addons plugin, Update them if you are not using latest version.

Next step is to check for plugin conflict.

1) If you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.

2) Proceed to disable one plugin at a time, clear browser history and re-visit your customizer. Check if it’s working properly.

Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing this issue, please replace with an alternative plugin.
