    Hi,

since last elementor update (3.6.5) we have a warning when we backing up the website :

AVERTISSEMENT : Le nom du fichier « wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/assets/js/notes/vendors-node_modules_babel_runtime-corejs2_core-js_map_js-node_modules_babel_runtime-corejs2_-bba5c5.js » est trop long pour être enregistrer correctement dans l’archive TarGz !

  • Hello @darkstudio
this is a known issue with the old implementation of the old Tar version, which is limited to about 255 characters, please help me change the job to the Zip file instead.
    Thank you!

Zip is not a good option because zip take many more time to process and we loose many informations about files like ACL.

tar gz is better because we keep all informations and its easier to untar on linux server.

6 month later, the problem is ALWAYS there.
ZIP backup is not an option because zip backup is very slow and dont keep ACL !

Wordpress improved…and major V4 of your module and Always same issue..seriously ?

it becomes disabling, we will end up finding another module.

Can you find and apply a solution please ?
