Thank you for your response. I have completed the form and provided the Site Health information as requested.
Regarding the issue:
• I followed your suggestion to disconnect the Google Analytics module and reconnect using a Chrome browser in incognito mode, but the same errors persist.
• The error messages are as follows:
• Error: Request parameter is empty: destinationID. Please try again.
• Error: Request parameter is empty: propertyIDs. Please try again.
• Additional errors from browser console errors:
1. Failed Request:
• /wp-json/google-site-kit/v1/modules/analytics-4/data/container-lookup?destinationID=G-1WB20CHWC4&_locale=user:1The server responded with a status of 400.
2. Console Log:
• Google Site Kit API Error:
Method: GET
Datapoint: container-lookup
Type: modules
Identifier: analytics-4
Error: “Request parameter is empty: destinationID.”
3. Additional Errors:
• /wp-json/google-site-kit/v1/modules/analytics-4/data/webdatastreams-batch?propertyIDs[0]=398840720&propertyIDs[1]=325239078&propertyIDs[2]=356827899&propertyIDs[3]=356847604&propertyIDs[4]=357702100&propertyIDs[5]=359091627&propertyIDs[6]=364274096&propertyIDs[7]=378248324&propertyIDs[8]=413250489&propertyIDs[9]=470609234&_locale=user
The server responded with a status of 400.
• Google Site Kit API Error:
Method: GET
Datapoint: webdatastreams-batch
Type: modules
Identifier: analytics-4
Error: “Request parameter is empty: propertyIDs.”
It seems the system is unable to retrieve necessary data from the Analytics module, resulting in a 400 error for the respective requests.
Please let me know if further details or steps are needed from my side to help resolve this issue. I’m happy to assist as needed.
Looking forward to your advice.
Thanks for the update @victorhig. Indeed it does look like the system is unable to retrieve data from your Analytics account. To try and determine what the case may be, here are a few checks you can perform:
- Can you confirm no issues when setting up Site Kit setup with Google Analytics from this disposable WordPress site? This will help indicate a possible host related issue if all works fine from here, while also ruling out local issues, with your machine, Firewall or browser.
- If you select a different Google Analytics account, and select an existing property, are you able to complete set up? This will help indicate any issue at Google Analytics property level.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Once we have this, we can provide the most suitable suggestion to ensure you can complete set up. This may involve configuration checks at host level, or performing some checks via the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. From
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
