Was this site hacked before or something similar that caused some fatal error?
The error you experience usually appear when you have some core WordPress files modified. Unfortunately our plugin didn’t log any root file causing the error which makes me unsure about this assumption.
In case it was, to resolve the issue you will need to replace all WordPress core files (wp-admin/wp-includes) by hand from latest version here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/download/
Or the process couldn’t start from your browser, please try different browser such as chrome, edge without any extensions and VPN disabled.

@rfemini , we were suggesting that you replace the core WordPress files after the restoration process. Have you tried that?

I was able to restore the backup after changing the PHP version from 8.1 to 7.4.
