ERROR: S3 Service API: Access Denied

Hi,
All of the sudden I am getting a S3 Access Denied error without any changes made to the settings. I can still see all my buckets in the settings pane which means the Credentials are correct.
The weird thing is the Full backup (files and DB) using the same S3 Credentials works but the small backup of just the database (DB) gives the error.
