ERROR SAVING AFTER DROPDOWN BULK LIST ADD

    Hello,

    I have a form with several dropdown menus, inserted with the bulk list working fine until the middle, however, after a certain point, it is impossible to save the form.

    I have already disabled all possible plugins, reinstalled WPForms, asked the provider to reset access permissions and none of this has resolved.

    The following message appears:
    Something went wrong while saving the form. Please reload the page and try again.
    Please contact the plugin’s support team if this behavior persists.

    How to resolve this?

    Hi @diogolana

    Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here! Could you please confirm if you are using the lite version of the plugin?

    Also, please share the site URL.

    Im not using the lite version.

    Having exactly the same issue. Only happening when the dropdown menu is added to the form. Will not save.

    Hey @diogolana – Thanks for following on this ticket, I’m Prashant filling in for Nik.

    I looked at the website, and it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? 

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request. 

    @kpr120 when you have sometime, can you please create a new support ticket and share the website URL as this will also help in avoiding any potential confusion?
