I test in Chrome Version 117.0.5938.62 and Edge Version 116.0.1938.81
Both are not working.

I tested on your website and I was able to submit the form without any issue with an image:

I also imported the form in my test site and it works fine when tested. Do you notice the issue every time you upload the image? Or the issue is only with specific images?
Possible to share a screenshot of what exactly you notice on your site when the issue occurs?

I test again and…..It’s ok. HaHaHa.
I don’t know why.
First test(Topic start) I use the machine with the mobile internet, 10 Mbps or less.
Second test (now) I use the machine with the home internet 900 Mbps or less.
Both tests, I test with many image and many extension.
I will test with the mobile internet again on Monday then inform you the result.
