Error scanning the page

    I was making some adjustments to the plugin and scanning until I was out of the computer for a few minutes and came back to scan again and I can’t do it anymore

    “There was a problem fetching the desktop test results. Please try running a new scan.”

    Hi @gabrielir,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Let’s try the basics. Make sure all caching on site has been cleared, including your browser cache. Please also ensure that if there is any server caching set up by your hosting provider, that this is cleared as well. Then proceed to retry scan.
