    Hi,

    Since Apr 05, 2025 I have noticed that specifically all WS Form emails (triggered by an action) for one of our client sites have the status “Failed”.

    Note: Woo/WordPress emails are successful and Postmark is connected successfully.

    Is there a known conflict with WS Form and does anyone else have both WS Form and SureMail configured?

    We’re not aware of any current issues related to email sending failures like the one you described. Since other emails are sending successfully, this might be specific to how the messages are being triggered or processed.

    We recommend checking the Email Logs to see if there are any recorded errors or clues related to the failed messages. This can often help pinpoint the cause.

    Kindly include the following:

    • A screenshot of your plugin settings.
    • A screenshot of the Email Logs
    • Your site environment details (WordPress, plugin version, PHP version, etc.)
