Hi there,
There could be a few reasons why this error pops up. The most common one is that the form presented to the user is an older version than the form structure saved on your WP server. Tripetto has a special system to fight spam. To let that work, it always checks if the form that is submitted is the same version as the one last edited in the form builder.
The first thing to try is to refresh the form with Ctrl+F5 and then try again (this assures no local browser cache used). If the form still fails, please check if you use a WP page cache plugin. Some plugins cache the pages, including the Tripetto form itself. If you then make a change in the builder, the page cache serves the wrong/old version to the user. IF you use a cache plugin, please clear the page cache and try again.
Please let us know if the information above does not help. Then we will investigate further.
We are working on an improvement to return better error messages when a form fails to submit.
Kind regards,
Mark

I think we already found the problem! Are you using PHP without 64-bit support? We ran into an issue with another user who had the same problem. We just published an update for the plugin that fixes this. So the plugin is now compatible with 32-bit legacy systems.
Could you update the plugin to this new version (v3.1.1) and then try again?
Please let us know if that solves your issue. We can then mark this topic as resolved.
Kind regards,
Mark

Hello, thank you for your response.
After update the plugin, now it seems that the error is other one. Please, take a look to this recorded screen video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLdIE6CHy6k
Thanks.
Hi there,
Thanks for the video to show the problem. That always helps! I just tested your form twice and I was able to submit without any problems (so you should have 2 test submissions now). Can you reproduce the problem? I’ve filled in the exact same answers as you did in the video.
Could you test again and make sure to Ctrl+F5 so we are sure no (old) cache is used?
I’m am curious if it works. If not, is it possible to give us temporary access to your WP admin, so we can further debug? If that’s possible, please contact us using the chat button on our website so we can exchange the login details in a safe manner.
Kind regards,
Mark
Hi again,
After clean W3 Total Cache, Cloudflare cache and Ctrl+F5 it works fine.
Thanks you so much!
Glad to hear it works now!
Kind regards,
