Error sent appointment

    Hello there,

    I used your plugin for a while now. And it works fine. But since this week my customers gets an error like this: Oops, something went wrong. Try again.

    I cant find any problem settings or error logs. The plugin, WP and theme are also updated to the latest version.

    Could you please take a look at is?
