Error setting tracking preferences

    When I try to set the tracking preference, I’m getting the following error:

    ERROR: options page not found.

    I’m running php7 on ubuntu 16 – PHP Version 7.0.32-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

    I’m seeing some stack overflow traffic around issue with how plugins interact with the WP Settings API. Have you seen this before?
