    Hi,

    The plugin isn’t currently working for us since the last update.

    It shows this error (www.theacademygtc.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Error.png) but everything is set up fine in the csv file.

    When I uninstall and reinstall the plugin it says there is an error with the Header.

    Could you advise what to do please?

    Hi,

    I’ve just deleted and reinstalled the plugin but didn’t get the error this time. I am still getting the same error (shown in the image) when trying to upload new users though.

    The error shown in the image is not from the plugin, is from your CSV that is not correct.

    Fix it and it will work.

    Hi,

    It’s from the same file I use each month to upload new users and I’ve tried creating it again from scratch.

    What’s shown in the error message isn’t the same as it’s laid out in the upload file (https://www.theacademygtc.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/1.jpg).

    Apologies if I’m missing something.

    This file is bad formed.

    Please read documentation: first two columns must be username and email.

    Apologies – that’s the wrong version I took a screen grab of.

    I’d changed them to username and email and get this error.

    I’ve just tried it again on my wife’s laptop to show you but it worked fine so I assume there’s some problem with my laptop.

    Ok, remember that this plugin is used for thousend of users. If we have some error so easy like that, there would be thounsed of support thread, and no, there is not.

    Please let us some donation or a good review in order to be able to keep this fast support alive.
