    Hello i’m developer and my client choose PRO version of plugin for integration with Bizum, Masterpas, etc.

    My client and i receive error

    No se puede realizar la operación
    Error en datos enviados. Contacte con su comercio. (SIS0231)

    Follow documentation this meant that no applicable payment method

    No hay forma de pago aplicable ( Consulte con su entidad)

    But looks like all required fields inside plugin are filled. You can see list of filled fields below

    • Commerce number (FUC)
    • Commerce Name
    • Terminal number
    • Encryption secret passphrase SHA-256

    Also turned-on debug log, i see only logs “info” and “debug” levels of records, so, doesn’t looks like “something went wrong”

    So, my question is: How can i debug (and understand) what is wrong?

    Please, for the Pro version, open a ticket here https://plugins.joseconti.com/en/support/

    In any case, the SIS0231 error means that there is no applicable method, i.e., the payment method is not enabled on the terminal. You need to ask the bank to activate it.

    Thank you for your answer, i’ve ask project stakeholder double check bank settings.

    Thank you for support link, i was able to find only form on contact page, but seems like it’s not proper one

    Why do you say it doesn’t seem to be the correct one? It’s the page to send me the ticket; you have to enter the email associated with the license, the system details, etc.

    I meant that i used another form (form on contact page) and enter my email (not related with license). I double checked site, and don’t see links that have word “support” in menu, only “Support in Telegram” in footer.

    Excuse me if i missed link to support page and generate some chaos…
