    Thanks for getting in touch @marianamello26. If you’d like to share the following, we can hopefully determine more on this:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.  
    2. When attempting Site Kit set up from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear. This can help indicate a browser or caching related block. 
    3. If you temporarily deactivate both W3 Total Cache and your Cookie Notice plugins, does the same occur? I ask as one user did encounter the same based on a cookie related plugin, while optimization related plugins can impact primarily the front end operations of a site but there may be something at wp-admin level impacted if you’re facing issues during Site Kit set up.
