Thanks for getting in touch @digitalintoronto. The “site not found” error you’re facing indicates that your site may have been previously connected at some stage, and when trying to communicate to set up the plugin once more, it’s not recognizing your credentials. So we can determine more on this, and ensure you can get the plugin successfully connected, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you recall having connected Site Kit previously for this site? If so, please share if you recall using a different wp-admin path or WordPress files directory.
- Did you reset Site Kit at any stage (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit)? I’m aware you already uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, however, if you didn’t already try this, please go ahead and do so, before attempting to set up the plugin once more.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you!
I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.
All is good, thank you. 🙂 I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
Glad to hear it @digitalintoronto, appreciate the update. If you run into any further issues, be sure to reach out.
