Sorry to hear about the problems you are having. I just tried to replicate this problem on my testing site with no luck. I may need to dig a little deeper. Can you reach out to me through one of the contact methods that should be pretty obvious in the plugin, i.e. visit my site and fill out the contact form on the front page?

I get the same error message when someone tries to fill out the survey. Nothing changed but updating the awesome survey plugin.

I’m also getting “There was an error. The error status code is: 400 The error message is: Bad Request”.

Same issue here. And older survey that first worked fine, doesn’t work anymore either (same message).First one is the old one, second one was created today.

Is there a possibility to go back to the previous version of the plug in until this is solved? Maybe the author can post the pre-update version somewhere or temporarily offer a 1.6.2 update that is a copy of the last working version? Thanks!
