I have had the same problem with different forms and different users over the past week – when they submit their form, they get a message saying ‘ Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. Please try again without VPN. Anti Spam by Cleantalk.” Nothing is submitted and their data is lost. How can I fix this?
