ERROR This site is experiencing technical difficulties

Hi,
Refers to this recent topic, marked “resolved” since I thought it was.

In fact it’s not resolved. It seemed to be because
– I desactivated Post Snippets through FTP
– Then I connected to dashboard and reactivated Post Snippets
– It then showed an error message but through going back in the browser, Post Snippets remained activated and all was fine.

I just realised that in fact the problem is not resolved at all. I still get the error message when trying to go the website (front end or back end).

WP_Debug gives this message:

P.S. I also tried with theme Twenty Ten. The problem persists.
