Is it just the one comment that you cannot reply to, or is it to any comments?
Do you get an error message when trying to reply, or is it just non-responsive?
Could you give me some more information on what you’re seeing?

I can post a comment without any problem, I can’t reply to comments. Click a sample page. Happens in all comments

When I tried to respond to a comment, I get the error (translated):
Nonce verification failed.
I did test the Jetpack Comments feature on a test site and was able to reply to a comment without issue. In that scenario, I had a test theme (Twenty Twenty) and only the Jetpack plugin installed. Can you try with all plugins disabled other than Jetpack and the Twenty Twenty theme?
If you still have issues, there is likely something happening specific to your setup. We can look further once we have more info.
